The Implementation of a Finance Shared Service Centre in Prague for an EMEA Region (22 Countries). The Service Centre was focused on AP/AR Activities in phase 1.

  • Design of a new Finance TOM AP/AR for Finance Shared Service Centre
  • Programme and Project Planning for the migration of AP/AR Finance Functions in 22 Countries within EMEA Region to a newly created Prague SSC.
  • Country migration Lead working with in situ with FD’s / FC’s and SSC Leads on Testing, migration/cut-over for 22 countries in Phase 1. Communication and Contingency planning for migration activities
  • Development of Wider Strategic initiatives and a Phase 2 for North and Latin America

 

Public Sector

  • Business Development and Support for the client working through their business requirements, highlighting business choices that need to be made and formulating a work programme to meet their needs for Release programmes for 3rd Party IT provider
